COVID-19 Delays:

Our online service is currently experiencing high demand for products due to the coronavirus COVID-19 situation. With the increase in demand for many products, some items may be temporarily out of stock. Rest assured, our team and supplier networks are working hard to increase stock levels and source alternatives options where possible.

All our Couriers are also experiencing unprecedented demand for delivery services and this is resulting in some longer than expected delivery times. Our distribution team is working extended hours to minimise the impact and ensure any delays or issues are communicated to customers in a timely manner.

Shipping Methods:

Customers must provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm on weekdays to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office or courier collection point will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for the order.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however, the Dispatch times for orders will vary depending on the stock status of the products across our distribution warehouses. Customers will be provided with an estimated dispatch time-frame within 3-4 business days of placing their order. Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however the customer will be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, EOFY, Sale events, Public holidays and/or Pandemics there may be a delay in processing your order.
